February 22nd marks the first anniversary of Auctoro Recruitment being in business. We’re not the type to blow our own trumpet regularly, but what an incredible first year we’ve had! We’ve worked across commercial, manufacturing, accounting, and finance industries, meaning that no two days have been the same, and that’s why we love what we do.
We’re so pleased that we’ve been able to build Auctoro into the business it is today, and we wouldn’t have been able to do this without the fantastic clients and candidates we’ve had the pleasure of working with.
We believe our success, in part, is because we are a family-run business. We launched a year ago, fuelled by our passion for people and recruitment. With a wealth of knowledge and relationships accumulated over 17 years, we decided to launch Auctoro Recruitment and become the business we wished to see in the industry. One which values long-standing relationships at its core, rather than simply focusing on numbers and statistics. This is why we’ve had an incredible first year.
If you weren’t aware, Auctoro is a family-run business owned and managed by Jack and Charlotte Sharvell. We run Auctoro as a husband and wife duo meaning building relationships and dedicate ourselves to having an entirely personalised approach to every client and candidate we work with. Our passion is, and always will be, people. We build meaningful relationships with everyone we work with to allow us to tailor our approach for each individual and business. As a result, we have successfully placed many happy candidates into fixed-term and permanent roles in the last 12 months.
We’re incredibly excited to see what the next 12 months have in store for us, and we already have many exciting roles in the pipeline as we head into 2020.
